“Since qualifying in 2023 I have worked with clients from all backgrounds, helping them start their journey and achieve their goals.
Based in Dersingham. I previously worked in Nottingham while completing my university degree and spent time in Bristol before choosing to return to the countryside to enjoy its many benefits.
Having been on my own journey and learning from those around me, I am confident in many areas of training and can assist with a wide range of needs. I blend evidence-based training with simple, practical coaching to create programs that fit your life, not the other way around. Whether you want to build strength, recover from injury, improve mobility, or boost everyday energy, I provide clear, actionable steps and progressions that are sustainable.
My approach combines the latest research with hands-on experience: movement quality and load progression, individualised programming, recovery strategies, and habit-focused coaching. I prioritise durable strength—functional, transferable power that makes daily tasks easier and reduces risk of injury—while keeping sessions efficient and enjoyable.
